Resumen
Se presenta un informe preliminar sobre una serie de 24 pacientes sometidas a terapia anovulatoria oral con dos compuestos, el SH-70840 ( 1 mg. de acetato de etinil-nortestosterona + 0.050 mg. de etinil -estradiol) y el SH-70876 ( 1 mg. de acetato de etinil-notestosterona + 0.075 mg. de etinil-estradiol). se analiza la influencia de estos compuestos sobre los valores de las pruebas de función hepática al cabo de tres meses de tratamiento. Se hace una revisión de la literatura. Hasta el presente no se han encontrado en este grupo de pacientes alteraciones que nos autoricen a pensar que se haya producido lesión hepática alguna.
