Abstract
Se presenta un caso de pseudohermafroditismo femenino por hiperplasia suprarrenal congénita. Se hacen algunas consideraciones en cuanto a su etiopatogenia recientemente aclaradas. Se presenta la sintomatología más común, lo mismo que se hace referencia al diagnóstico diferencial. Finalmente se indica el tratamiento más razonable a base de corticoides.
