Abstract
We present the case of a patient with amenorrhea secondary to a history of surgery for pituitary macroadenoma, producer of growth hormone with suprasellar extension and to the cavernous sinus. With postsurgical hypopituitarism and desire for fertility, a controlled ovulation induction was performed, obtaining a twin pregnancy without complications.
In view of the scarce information in the literature on fertility treatment in women with hypopituitarism and its poor result in terms of pregnancy and live birth rates, we want to provide the evidence with the first case reported in Colombia.
