Resumen
Se presenta la observación de ginecomastia en dos hermanos sin alteraciones del tracto genital, idiopática, en contraste con casos de ginecomastia familiar idiopática presentada por otros autores, en los cuales se han hallado alteraciones del tracto genital o de otros sistemas.
