Resumen
Se presenta el caso número 24 de la literatura médica mundial, sobre hiperandrogenismo prepuberal por neoplasia funcionante de células intersticiales del testículo.
Se hace una compendiada revisión de los casos anteriores.
Se esquematiza la fisiopatología general de los hiperandrogenismos prepuberales.
