Abstract
Se presenta un caso con un sindrome de instauración puerperal caracterizado por Galactorrea, amenorrea secundaria y valores de gonadotrofina urinaria excluyentes de castración o de menopausia precoz, con definida insuficiencia estrogénica y tenazmente resistente a toda terapia: Rayos X en dosis de estímulo, andrógenos, estrógenos, asociación de estrógenos, testosterona, progesterona, extracto de tiroides y ACTH.
El Sindrome parece obedecer a hiperactividad (tumoral o hiperplásica) eosinófila de la hipofisis.
